When does billing start?
Current trial and billing terms are shown with each plan and confirmed before payment.
How do I cancel?
Subscribed in the app? Cancel from your device’s subscription settings: the App Store on Apple, Google Play on Android. Subscribed on the web? Cancel from your parent portal in a couple of clicks. Either way, you keep access until your billing period ends.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime. Change plans in your app store’s subscription settings, the same place you’d cancel. For web subscriptions, change plans in your parent portal.
What about refunds?
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, billing runs through them, so request a refund from the App Store or Google Play. Subscribed on the web? Contact support and we will sort it out.
